
The "Friends of the Mighty Mo" network is comprised of contributors who have financially invested in one or more programs or activities to help achieve the MISSION of the Battleship Missouri Memorial. Many of our friends have been with us since the ship arrived in Pearl Harbor in 1998 ... while others may only have recently joined! In all cases we appreciate the support and aim for our mission to benefit the next generation.
To create and maintain a fitting memorial to the people and historic events that reflect our nation's legacy of duty, honor, strength, sacrafice, and resolve.
To insure achievement of the mission, the day-to-day operation of the Battleship Missouri Memorial aims to connect the activities, programs, and initiatives of each department to one or more of the following mission focused areas:

In the past, the facility requirements were the automatic priority for contribution revenue. Over the past ten years, the operation has grown and more contributions are being applied toward specific programs that express the achievement of our mission.
